Compensation being paid, if any, on the occasion of the abandonment of the office. Only certain senior officials have the right to such pension.
Persons who are part of the government, Secretario s And secretarias de Estado, the person holding the post in The attorney-General, senior managers of regulators, jefe Or jefa And secretario Or secretary-General of the house OF fs. The rey is entitled to receive a compensatory pension after separation of the charge equivalent to 80 per cent of annual salary for a maximum of two years after the end. this compensation is paid monthly.
Since the year 2012, the compensation is incompatible with any other form of consideration derived from public or private activities as a result of theReal Decreto-Ley 20/2012
The person who has a high office may resign at any time to receive compensation.
If in the Total column "perceived" appears 0 €, can be for two cases:
- Has renounced the compensation, if the end date of perception is less than the current date.
- Is becoming increasingly compensation, if the end date of perception is greater than the current date.
