The state institutional public sector is composed of the following entities:

1. Public bodies linked to or dependent on the General Administration of the State, which are classified as:
   1. Autonomous bodies.
   2. Public corporate bodies.
   3. State agencies.
2. The independent administrative authorities.
3. The state-owned commercial companies.
4. The consortiums.
5. The foundations of the public sector.
6. Funds without legal personality.
7. Public universities not transferred.

The Transparency Portal provides information on the entities listed in point a, i.e. autonomous bodies, public business entities and state agencies.
