Exclusions for type of addendum (unless your linked agreement is in a registered state):
Addendum of modification.
Addendum of extension.
Addendum of resolution.
The specifications of the handover process are as follows:
Those agreements with status Registered are transferred.
Those agreements are transferred with the check of not publishing deactivated.
No records are taken into account that the type of entity promoter is a commercial company or public sector foundation.
Typology. Program contracts and nominative grants are not transferred to the transparency portal.
Type of contribution. Management orders are only transferred if they have funding.
The start or subscription date must be higher than 1/1/2014.
The REOICO are only passed if they are prior to the BOE or are published.
“are prior to the BOE”: It means that the Convention must have already been published in the BOE and the application of Conventions must have detected it (the application of conventions scans the BOE every day in search of registered conventions but which have not yet been published in the BOE).
The addenda are only passed on if your linked convention is in a registered state.
