Article 74 of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of 30 Octoberapproving the consolidated text of the Act on the Basic Status of Public Employees, which regulates the management of jobs.

The information of the RPT of the civil personnel of the House of S.M. is included. The King as an annex within the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts.
