This information contains the goods and users (ministries and agencies) and indicates, in each case, the area occupied by each user of a specific good.
The information is organized by ministerial departments and, within each of them, is arranged alphabetically by the location field.
In accordance with article 14 of Law 19/2013, on transparency, information whose publicity may cause damage to national security, defense, foreign relations and public security is excluded. They also take into account the General rules for access to the General Inventory of State Property and Rights (Article 43.2 second paragraph of the General Regulation of Law 33/2003, of November 3, of the Heritage of Public Administrations, approved by Royal Decree 1373/2009, of August 28).

What are goods demanial and patrimonial according to the Law 33/2003 of the Patrimony of the Public Administrations?
The definition is in article 5 of this law:
Article 5. Property and rights in the public or demanial domain.
Public property and rights are those that, being of public ownership, are affected to the general use or to the public service, as well as those to which a law expressly grants the character of demanials.
They are public property of the state, in any case, those mentioned in article 132.2 of the Constitution.
Property owned by the General Administration of the State or the public bodies linked to it or dependent on it in which services, offices or units of its organs or the constitutional bodies of the State are housed shall, in any case, be considered as property in the public domain.
Property and rights in the public domain shall be governed by the laws and special provisions that apply to them and, in the absence of special rules, by this law and the provisions that develop or supplement it. The general rules of administrative law and, failing that, the rules of private law, shall be applied as a supplementary right.
