The Agency is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector. This accessibility statement applies to the Agency’s website.

These requests will be answered by the Citizen Service, which must respond within 20 working days.

Procedure of application

You can file a claim against the response to a request for accessible information or complaint related to the accessibility of these websites (article 13 of RD 1112/2018) when:

  • Your request or complaint would have been dismissed.

  • I did not agree with the decision taken.

  • the response did not meet the requirements of Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018.

  • the period of twenty working days has elapsed

The claim can be submitted through the Electronic Headquarters of the Agency,as well as using any of the options provided in Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Complaints will be received and dealt with by the Responsible Accessibility Unit.

This website applies the requirements of UNE-EN 301549:2022 considering the exceptions of RD 1112/2018.
