The website transparencia.gob.es belongs to the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function, located at Calle Marmol, 2, 28005 Madrid.

The contents and links of the Transparency Portal have been selected and coordinated by the General Directorate of Public Governance of the State Secretariat for Public Service, in collaboration with the Transparency Information Units of each Ministry.

The total or partial reproduction of the contents of this portal without citing its origin or requesting authorization is prohibited.

Request for Public Information

Within the section "Right of access to public information" of the Transparency Portal you can access the Electronic headquarters of the Transparency Portal to carry out all the procedures related to the request for public information.

Responsibilities

  • The General Directorate of Public Governance and the Transparency Information Units manage the common content and services available to citizens.
  • The heads of the management centers of the different ministerial departments and their dependent agencies are responsible for their contents, according to their legal competences.
  • The State Agency for Digital Administration (AEAD) manages the technology platform.

Neither the General Directorate of Public Governance nor the State Agency of Digital Administration is responsible for the integrity and availability of the information provided through links to other external websites or electronic offices.

The Transparency Portal will provide the necessary tools for people to know if the information or service they are using comes from the portal itself or from an external site.

The Transparency Portal, as established by the National Security Scheme (ENS), adopts the appropriate security levels to protect the data provided by users and has installed measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and extraction thereof.

The active advertising information of the Transparency Portal can be reused without conditions, according to the Law 37/2007, of 16 November, on the reuse of public sector information and in accordance with the provisions of Art. 7 of Royal Decree 1495/2011, of 24 October, by which the aforementioned Law is developed.

Multilanguage version

The Transparency Portal of the General Administration of the State is translated into several official Spanish languages in their respective territories, in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 and its Statutes of Autonomy. The languages are Catalan, Valencian, Basque and Galician. It is also translated into a foreign language (English).
