The list of jobs (RPT) includes all the jobs in the Administration and, without prejudice to the fact that a detailed explanation of the keys used is added at the end of each document, it is worth pointing out some comments for a better understanding of it.
The information contained in the files in PDF format corresponds to that existing at the date of extraction of the data, without being updated after the reference date. The status column aims to simplify the information offered to the citizen, so it does not strictly correspond to legal situations. The qualification of a post as vacant is also not subject to updating and does not exclude that at the date of data extraction the post is committed or expected to be committed in some provision procedure or in a modification of the job relationship.
Each position is assigned to:
A code, a denomination, and a state of occupation (vacant, not vacant).
A target complement level, a specific complement, the type of post (singled out, whether staff or non-staff), the manner of provision (whether staff or non-staff, free appointment or competitive examination) and/or requirements, if any, in relation to the staff member ' s residence.
Secondment to some Administration (State, Autonomous, Local and/or different combinations of these), secondment to professional classification groups and subgroups of career civil servants (A1, A2, B, C1 and C2) and secondment to Civil Servants Corps. These keys are used to specify which officials may or may not occupy certain positions because of their membership in an administration, a body or a professional group.
In your case qualification required for the performance of the position, specific training and if there are any observations (position to amortize, special time, time availability…).
Each position is assigned to:
A code, a denomination and a professional group according to the categories of the corresponding agreement.
The salary supplements assigned to each post (position, time/day, transitory and special responsibility) as well as the functional area of the post (administrative and management of taxes, trades and specialties, surveillance, health and prevention of occupational risks and informatics).
The code of the agreement that regulates it, the degree that, where appropriate, residence requirements if any (province/locality) and the observations (day on holidays, knowledge of languages, place to regularise) that may be held.
At the end appears the status of occupation of the post (vacant, not vacant)
