Obligations of persons holding high positions in the General State Administration
Report on the degree of compliance with the obligations established by Law 3/2015
La Law 3/2015, of March 30, regulating the exercise of high office of the General State Administration Article 22.2 of the Code provides that the Office for Conflict of Interest shall submit to the Government every six months, for transmission to the Congress of Deputies, a detailed report on the fulfilment by the persons holding the posts included in its scope of application, the obligations to testify, as well as the infringements that have been committed and the sanctions that have been imposed by identifying those responsible.
The report shall contain personalised data on the persons holding senior positions who are required to make their statements, the number of statements received and to whom they correspond, the communications made on the occasion of the dismissal and the identification of the persons holding senior positions who have not fulfilled those obligations.
