Información clasificada por tipo de normas
- Anteproyectos de ley. Se trata de textos elaborados por uno o por varios ministerios que se elevan al Consejo de Ministros para su aprobación como proyecto de ley.
- Proyectos de ley. Son los anteproyectos de ley que, tras su aprobación por el Consejo de Ministros, son remitidos al Congreso de los Diputados en el ejercicio de la iniciativa legislativa del Gobierno.
- Proyectos de reales decretos legislativos. Son normas con rango de ley dictadas por el Gobierno en virtud de una delegación de las Cortes Generales.
- Proyectos de reales decretos. Son disposiciones generales de categoría inferior a la ley, dictadas por el Gobierno.
Nota: no hay información de los proyectos de reales decretos-leyes por su carácter de extraordinaria y urgente necesidad.

The Preliminary Draft Laws and the Draft Royal Legislative Decrees are published at the time when an opinion is sought from the corresponding advisory bodies. If it is not necessary to request any report or opinion, the texts will be published when they are sent to the Cortes Generales for parliamentary processing, in the case of the Draft Laws, or when they are approved and published, in the case of the Royal Legislative Decrees and the Royal Decrees.
