The Open Government Forum is aspace for participation and permanent dialogue between public administrations (state, regional and local) and representatives of civil society, the aim of which is boost collaboration, transparency, participation and accountability. In it they participate, with an equal number of representatives, public administrations and civil society.
It was created through the Order HFP/134/2018, of 15 February, which includes its organization and functions. The Forum adopted its complementary operating rules on 29 October 2020 (see agreement).
