The Charters of Services constitute the instrument through which the organs, agencies and entities of the General Administration of the State inform the citizens and users about the services they have entrusted, about the rights that assist them in relation to them and about the commitments they make to improve the quality of them.
ElRoyal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State, describes in chapter III the Programme of Charters of Services.
