Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance obliges the organs of the General Administration of the State to make public the information regarding the subsidies and public aid they grant.
Grants
El National System of Advertising of Subsidies and Public Aid contains grants to natural and legal persons granted by the Public Administrations since 2016.
With regard to the subsidies and public aid granted by the General Administration of the State, they have been included since January 2014.
Information is provided, among other data, of the convening body, the amount, object or purpose and beneficiaries.

- Resolution of June 15, 2020, of the General Intervention of the State Administration, which regulates the process of registration and publication of calls in the National System of Advertising of Subsidies and Public Aid.
- Royal Decree 130/2019, of 8 March, which regulates the National Database of Subsidies and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid.
