Access to the Registry of Public Sector Contracts
La Law 9/2017, of 8 November, of Public Sector Contracts, transposing into the Spanish legal system the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of 26 February 2014 establishes the obligation of all contracting bodies, both central and peripheral, autonomous bodies and other entities of public law, to send the information relating to the contracts awarded, to the Register of Public Sector Contracts of the Public Procurement Advisory Board of the State.
