The following are the responsibility of the Ministry of the Presidency and for Territorial Administrations:
the coordination of matters of constitutional importance;
the preparation, development and monitoring of the legislative programme;
immediate support for the Presidency of the Government;
assistance to the Council of Ministers, the Government ' s Delegated Committees, the General Committee of Secretaries of State and Under-Secretaries and, in particular, the Government in its relations with the General Courts;
the inter-ministerial coordination entrusted to it by the provisions in force, the Government or its President;
coordination and analysis of the quality of the Government ' s normative activity;
the proposal and implementation of the Government's policy on relations and cooperation with the autonomous communities and the entities that make up the Local Administration;
relations with government delegations and sub-delegations and support for their management;
the functions of material support, economic-financial management, budget, personnel and, in general, any other of this nature required by the President of the Government and the bodies attached to the Presidency of the Government;
the exercise of powers relating to the use of the flag, shield and other national symbols;
as well as the other competences attributed by the legal system.
