The management of the conventions of the Presidency of the Government is the responsibility of the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts.

The current agreements and management orders signed by the General Administration of the State since January 2014.
As a State Administration, the signatory units of the agreements and management orders published in this portal may belong to the General Administration of the State, to the Management Entities and common services of the Social Security, to Autonomous Bodies, State Agencies, Public Business Entities and Entities of Public Law, including the Public Universities, and to the Commercial Societies with majority public participation.
Los agreements They are instruments of collaboration through which commitments are formalized between two or more parties. They are foreseen in the Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público. (article 47)
This website has incorporated the basic information regarding the agreements signed by the General Administration of the State with Autonomous Communities, with entities and bodies dependent on the same Administration or with the Entities or bodies dependent on the Entities that form the Local Administration, and agreements signed with legal or physical persons subject to private law.
It collects, identified as conventions, information related to Partnership agreements between bodies of the Administration. With the entry into force of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, this type of legal instruments no longer have the consideration of conventions, since the signatories do not have a distinct legal personality ex. art. 3.4 Law 40/2015, not complying with the requirement of alterity established in art. 47 of that law.
Las management ordersFor their part, they are administrative figures that allow the body responsible to entrust other bodies or entities of the same or different administration with the performance of activities of a material, technical or service nature, either for reasons of effectiveness or because it does not possess the technical means, always without altering its competence. The orders shown here are foreseen in the Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público. (Article 11)
