Respecting this initiative, these actions could not be addressed by focusing efforts on improving the quality of public services from the perspective of design, seeking a simpler and more proactive design that advances the needs of citizens, proactively offering services of their interest and simplifying the administrative processing associated with those services. Thus, in the year 2023, 5 services were launched on a proactive basis. In this way the initiative is cancelled by changing the approach being applied to the improvement of public services, a new approach in which very good results have been obtained.
