10.5. Galicia: Instruments for the management and evaluation of public policies and public services

10.5.1. Approval by the Interdepartmental Committee on Information and Evaluation of a Map of Service Letters to be approved each year

10.5.2. Determination by the Interdepartmental Commission of Information and Evaluation of the public services that will be the subject of annual studies of analysis of the demand and the degree of satisfaction of the users of public services

10.6. Galicia: Institutional integrity framework

10.6.1. Development of a Framework Programme for Institutional Integrity.

10.6.2. Approval of management risk prevention plans in all departments to prevent, identify, evaluate and respond to the possible occurrence of irregular actions

10.6.3. Approval of management risk prevention plans in instrumental public bodies to prevent, identify, evaluate and respond to the possible occurrence of irregular actions

10.6.4. Implementation of an alert or complaints channel that allows citizens to report illegal or anti-professional conduct and practices

10.6.5. Update of the Institutional Code of Ethics of the Xunta de Galicia approved in 2014, to reinforce the principles of integrity and exemplification for senior officials and public employees

10.6.6. Creation of an Ethics Committee, as a guarantee body with the capacity to know and respond to possible ethical and behavioral dilemmas that may be presented by public employees and senior officials

10.7. Galicia: Integrated system of citizenship and open government care

10.7.1. Development and implementation of an electronic application to manage complaints, suggestions, requests for general information and particular information, as well as requests for access to public information

10.7.2. Monitoring of the benefits obtained by citizens, after the implementation of the SIACI application, in the processing of procedures through the SIACI application

10.7.3. Monitoring of the advantages obtained by the Xunta, after the implementation of the SIACI application, in the processing of the procedures through the SIACI application

10.7.4. Monitoring of improvement plans developed after the implementation of the SIACI application

10.8.Galicia: Digital Administration and Participation

10.8.1. Completion of the digital configuration of administrative procedures so that they operate fully electronically, thus offering easy-to-use, agile and less bureaucratic services

10.8.2. Empowerment of the “Citizens’ Portfolio” that will include all the personal and administrative information available in the Public Administration in an orderly and simple way, which will allow to proactively offer personalized public services according to the particular needs of all people

10.8.3. Creation of a “Specific Citizen Participation Portal”, which serves to channel, in a simple and effective way, the demands and contributions of citizens and civil society organizations and which facilitates dialogue and improves the decision-making of the Galician government

10.9. Galicia: Transparency, accountability and accessibility

10.9.1. Implementation of actions to improve the Transparency and Open Government Portal of the Xunta de Galicia

10.9.2. Implementing in the Transparency and Open Government Portal of the Xunta de Galicia new services that facilitate navigation in the Portal with the use of the keyboard, voice commands and sounds, will contribute to achieve non-discrimination in access to information

10.9.3. Publish new content on the Portal and Open Government of the Xunta de Galicia (it will be possible to present content through images, infographics, interactive graphics and geolocation maps that will offer information more clearly)

10.9.4. Publish reusable content on the Portal and Open Government of the Xunta de Galicia

10.9.5. Improve the quality of the information published in the Portal and Open Government of the Xunta de Galicia, in matters such as: preparation of regulations, public information processes, economic-financial information and public works and infrastructures carried out in the scope of the Autonomous Community of Galicia

10.9.6.Seguimiento of the advantages obtained by the citizens, after the implementation of the improvements Portal of Transparency and Open Government of the Xunta de Galicia

10.9.7. Monitoring of the advantages obtained by the Xunta, after the implementation of the improvements in the Transparency and Open Government Portal of the Xunta de Galicia
