10.1. Basque Country. Accountability through mandate plans

10.1.1 Establishment of the interinstitutional working group and the commitment group 1.

10.1.2. Consensus on Principles of Accountability and Mandate Plans.

10.1.3. Establish, based on collaboration with the experts, a first proposal for categorization of the elements that should incorporate the process of elaboration and accountability of a local Mandate Plan.

10.1.4. To contrast the proposal of the experts with representatives of the Basque municipalities.

10.1.5. Prepare and disseminate a basic material to facilitate new municipalities to join the practice of developing and accounting for a local Mandate Plan.

10.1.6. On-line presentation of the platform jointly between the state OGP plans and the Basque Country.

10.1.7. Select and accompany in the implementation a number of pilot projects of implementation of Local Plans of Mandate in municipalities of different dimension.

10.1.8. Evaluation of the pilots.
