State of implementation
It is determined to make a video in which the information of the commitment is disseminated, to provoke new municipalities to join the practice of accountability through mandate plans.
In addition, the pilot is presented to the working group Web “Kontuematea” (Accountability in Euskera) and a small number of small municipalities are selected for monitoring in the pilot platform. A testing period is planned during which the necessary adjustments are made.
The next step that is taken is the implementation and initial deployment of the platform Kontuematea, Initially only with access to the institutions participating in the commitment. A tutorial is prepared to be made available to the participating institutions.
The previous work and updates made on the web platform are carried out and communicated to the group before its public opening.
