State of implementation
To be able agree on principles in the working groupfirst, a discussion paper on accountability through mandate plans is drafted, detailing the Four fundamental principles in the development of accountability, such as inclusion, impact, responsibility and materiality.
With the aim of debating the issue, a meeting is held in which it is proposed to define, on the one hand, the mandate or government plan, and, on the other, to build a model of accountability, based on the 4 principles set out above.
In addition, a questionnaire is carried out for the “expert” working group in order to prioritize elements related to accountability linked to a mandate plan.
