State of implementation

Once the platform KontuemateaPotential improvements have been noted by municipalities involved in the project. One of the needs that has been seen is the publication of other (transversal) plans that the public entity may have, so the accountability project could be extended to different plans and not only to the Mandate Plan.

Although the initial date of the end of the pilots was the end of 2021, it has been extended, since new municipalities are being incorporated and, in turn, by making the internal evaluation of those who had already joined and who had their own computer programs, improvements have been seen to apply to the program.
As a result, new improvements are being introduced that were not foreseen.
The steps that have been carried out are being incorporated into the website of OGP Euskadi (https://www.ogp.euskadi.eus/), an initiative that began in the Fourth Open Government Plan and is also incorporated in the First OGP Action Plan Euskadi.

Other application improvements required for pilot analysis are currently being worked on, such as pages with search engines or tools for internal monitoring of administrations.
