State of implementation

Law 4/2019, of July 17, on digital administration of Galicia, regulates the Citizen Folder of the Xunta de Galicia, and defines it as the structured set of information and documents in electronic format relative to the administrative relations of each interested person, generated in their common administrative relations with the autonomous public sector of Galicia. The regulation affects the transversal nature of the Citizens’ Portfolio, which is unique for all bodies and entities of the autonomous public sector of Galicia.

During the year 2022, information from 407 procedures was incorporated into the citizen folder.

During the year 2023, information from 474 procedures was incorporated into the citizen folder.

In addition, on December 13, 2023, the XuntaEu application was made available to citizens, which is the mobile application that gives access to the main digital administration services of the Xunta de Galicia. This application makes it possible, among other services, to manage the user of Chave365 (change the access key, renew it, modify the mobile phone or unsubscribe), consult files and presentations as in the electronic headquarters of the Xunta, consult the electronic notifications, have available the authorizations granted or received through the General Electronic Registry of Apoderaciones de Galicia, check the validity of the documents signed electronically (CVE), as well as consult the certificates and have access to the cards or cards issued by the Xunta de Galicia. Likewise, it allows you to consult and modify the personal data that appear in the citizen folder, receive personalized notices, and know the appointments requested for the offices of attention to the citizenship and registry or with the consellerías.
