State of implementation

During the year 2021, five working groups have been launched to improve 5 specific procedures that have culminated in the corresponding improvement plans. As a result of this work, proposals have been identified to improve these five specific procedures, but also general improvements in the provision of public services not linked to a single procedure, such as the implementation of Channel 65, a specific channel of direct and preferential care for people over 65 years of age.

In respect of the year 2023, three improvement plans were drawn up regarding key competency tests, certificate of professionalism, and bags and grants for unemployed workers participating in vocational training actions for employment.

All these improvement plans, although oriented towards citizenship, also address an improvement in administrative management, addressing among the possible improvements to the use of new applications, greater interoperability, etc.

In addition, it should also be noted that the SIACI application incorporates functionalities such as resolution models, timeout notices, etc., which results in improved management.
