10.44. C. Madrid: Clear communication and transparency:
10.44.1. Dissemination of the Clear Communication Guide.
10.44.2. Specific training in clear communication by the following public employees of the Community of Madrid: transparency managers, web and publication editors, employees attached to the legal system units and/or who prepare call orders in the various management centers and employees who provide services to the public.
10.44.3. General training for the other public employees of the Community of Madrid.
10.44.4. Reformulation of the website of the Community of Madrid, both in terms of the elaboration and presentation of the contents. Tendency to a simplification.
10.44.5. Simplification of calls, as far as clear language is concerned (this measure should be completed in parallel with a process of administrative simplification).
10.44.6. Introduction of citizen participation and valuation method on this project, so that citizens are involved in the gradual decisions of improvements that are adopted.
10.44.7. Articulation of processes of interaction with citizens that, in view of their participation and valuation, allow a redefinition or redesign of the communication of procedures and services.
10.44.8. Elaboration of additional guides of clear communication, focused on specific areas or sectors of the Administration in which the use of language of high technical or specialized content is frequent.
10.44.9. Holding of forums and days to disseminate clear communication in the field of Public Administration, with exchange of experiences and good practices.
