In this area, the Administration of the Community of Madrid has worked intensively to publish the procedures that citizens have to carry out with this administration in a clear and simple language and from a single access point: the electronic headquarters of the Community of Madrid available since January 2023 in the following link
The simplification of the calls and their presentation in clear language is a task of continuous improvement that has already been implemented in the working protocols of the web writers who are responsible for providing this information, so its implementation can be terminated.
In June 2021, the migration of the formalities of the old portal madrid.org to the new digital processing service TRAMITAin the DRUPAL environment. Since then, the review of the contents of the migrated procedures and the new ones has been addressed to substantially improve their understanding for the citizenry. The new structure in sections allowed a better organization of the contents, as well as a simplification and homogenization of the texts. On the other hand, a new approach was given to the edition of the procedures by involving the people responsible for them in the drafting of their contents in terms of clear communication.
Since March 2022, the new process for editing procedures involving those responsible for the associated procedures has been institutionalized. Therefore, in the new procedures that are being published, we work previously on the drafting of the contents in terms of clear communication together with the responsible units. Likewise, the migrated procedures were reviewed for the adequacy of the sections Documentation to be submitted and Presentation of applications, especially, having carried out adequacy actions in approximately 65% of them.
