The Community of Madrid’s Clear Communication Guide has been published since 2020 in the Institutional portal

Acts of dissemination:

A specific content of Clear Communication has been developed that includes the guide and an executive summary that contains general guidelines of writing, editing, design and usability that will serve to communicate information to the citizenry in a clearer way and elaborate simpler procedures. This content and the executive summary have been disseminated through the Drafting, Coordination and Monitoring Committee of the Internet Portal of the Community of Madrid «comunidad.madrid» regulated by Order 66/2020, of February 26, of the Ministry of Sports, Transparency and Spokesperson of the Government (see record of submission at the meeting on 23 April).

A webinar on "Clear Communication and Easy Reading: Towards an Administration Understandable to All" was held on May 18, 2021, in the Open Administration Week, where the projects launched from the Community of Madrid and the remaining challenges to continue moving forward in this area were addressed. The event was recorded and is published on the web. In addition, it was disseminated on social networks, specifically on the account @012CMadrid.
