This activity is in progress, since its updating is continuous.

Although it was originally intended that all the information would be collected in the portal of Transparency and Open Government of the Spanish Tourism Quality System (SCTE), given the relevance of other SCTE systems, the publication of open materials is distributed in each of the programs, to facilitate the dissemination of information:

  • Community Integral System of Spanish Tourist Quality in Destinations (SICTED): to publish information of general interest, such as:
    • Reports of performance, meetings and minutes.
    • Annual reports on the operation of SICTED.
    • Data analysis, evaluation and proposed improvement of the Spanish Tourism Quality System (SCTE).
    • Information about the awards in their latest editions.
    • Management information and structure of SICTED.
    • Updated information of methodological changes.
  • SICTED’s Open Materials Section: It is mainly aimed at providing destinations and trainers with content that can be used to prepare training actions or workshops within tourist destinations, as well as reference to design and implement their own actions to improve tourism quality, sustainability, accessibility, governance and innovation. They are currently published:
    • 24 training scripts for customer service and tourism operations.
    • 35 good practice manuals per trade.
    • 35 SICTED Advanced Good Practice manuals for reducing the risk of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection by trade
    • 21 example templates for the generation of reports and control actions required in the Advanced Good Practices SICTED COVID-19.
  • Open Materials Section "Hosts": "Hosts" training materials for the CCBYSA-licensed programme of the State Secretariat for Tourism are published. They are currently published:
  • 27 guides and presentations associated to 11 courses of the catalog of training actions of "Hosts".
