Contract of creativity. The offline strategy of the Open Government Inclusive Communication Campaign consists of the following materials:
Spot for television, voiced and subtitled in Spanish and with sign language. Likewise, versions will be made in the co-official languages (locution, subtitles and sign language). However, if the design of creativity so requires, the audio description will be included as a measure of complementary accessibility.

Guidelines for citizen participation in plans and programs, through electronic media and social networks. Through an order to ISDEFE, the drafting and printing of these guides has been planned. It is in execution. See file 3.3.1

Collaboration agreement between the AGe and the PTS for the Inclusive Communication of Open Government
The awareness-raising and communication actions provided for in the second clause of the Convention, signed on 30 November 2021, are as follows:
Conferences: Organization, at least six days with vulnerable groups or at risk of social exclusion, before October 30, 2023, for the dissemination of the values of Open Government, two of which will be aimed at consumers and users in a situation of poverty and special vulnerability and at the visibility of vulnerable youth and/or the promotion of their rights to information and participation.
Workshops. Organization of workshops aimed at the most vulnerable groups and/or affected by the digital divide to promote more active behavior in the exercise of their rights of access to public information and participation.
Organization of two events during Open Administration Week corresponding to 2022 and 2023
Panels. Organization of panels with a representative sample of people belonging to vulnerable groups or at risk of social exclusion. Taking into account young people in situations of poverty or risk of social exclusion and/or consumers and users in circumstances of vulnerability and/or affected by the digital divide in order to detect deficits and undertake specific actions.
