State of implementation
During the year 2021, five working groups have been launched to improve 5 specific procedures that have culminated in the corresponding improvement plans. The results and conclusions of these improvement plans can be consulted in the Transparency and Open Government Portal: https://transparencia.xunta.gal/participacion-e-relacions/procedementos-e-servizos/oficina-defensa
As a result of this work, proposals have been identified to improve these five specific procedures, but also general improvements in the provision of public services not linked to a single procedure, such as the implementation of Channel 65, a specific channel of direct and preferential care for people over 65 years of age.
In respect of the year 2023, three improvement plans were drawn up regarding key competency tests, certificate of professionalism, and bags and grants for unemployed workers participating in vocational training actions for employment.
