State of implementation
Since Asedie, regular follow-up and monitoring is being carried out with the departments responsible for open data of the 17 autonomous communities on the status of the situation and the opening of the databases selected as Top 3 Asedie. In the framework of collaboration that Asedie has established with the open data managers of the autonomous communities and their teams, the contact with them is continuous and the follow-up and monitoring is carried out through emails, calls and meetings.
It should be noted that the Goberno de Cueta has joined the commitment and one of the latest results is the opening of the database: Energy Certificates of the CCAA of the Canary Islands that is in the Top Asedie 2020.
Contacts have continued with each of the departments responsible for open data of the autonomous communities by email, calls and meetings both online and face-to-face, such as those held with the Balearic Islands, the Government of Navarra, the Junta de Andalucia, the Junta de Castilla y León and the Government of Cantabria.
It is worth noting the effort made by the Principality of Asturias to publish the databases of foundations, the SAT register and the industrial estates in the month of March 2022, having opened the 6 data sets defined in the two Top 3 Asedie.
Currently, the 6 data sets are open to 7 Autonomous Communities: Asturias, Baleares, Canarias, Castilla la Mancha, Castilla y León, Catalonia and Basque Country.
At this point a nuance should be made since the monitoring of the databases is being carried out correctly but logically this process related to this initiative will continue until the opening of the first top 3 Asedie in the 17 Autonomous Communities that is currently in this situation is achieved:
Databases of the 1st. Top 3 Asedie CCAA Open Regional
Associations 17/17 (10 incorporates the NIF)
Cooperatives 15/17 (11 incorporates the NIF)
Foundations 15/17 (12 incorporates the NIF)
The collaboration is not only focused on the opening of data, it is also monitored and the databases already opened are improved, in this regard it is worth highlighting the incorporation of the NIF as dataset in the databases.
This activity will continue to be followed until the Top 3 is open in the 17 CCAA.
