Currently the CIS has enabled different ways to facilitate the contact of the citizens with the Agency.
First of all, it'sThe Databank Who is in charge of the service of attention to the public in relation to inquiries about our studies or other services provided by our department. This service can be provided in person, by telephone and, preferably, by email to the mailbox bancodedatos@cis.es or a more generic one like cis@cis.es
on the other hand, throughCIS web portal There is the possibility for citizens to establish contact with the CIS through web forms, with which they can contact the different departments and request information on aspects such as: Reports, books, work in progress, teaching, thesis, master, media, projects, lectures, papers, etc.
In the CIS electronic headquarters There is the possibility to register complaints and suggestions and ask questions about transparency.
Through them, suggestions or all kinds of issues that people consider can be presented.
As a result of the demands made by the scientific community, the Center for Sociological Research has launched thePermanent Observatory on Social Exclusion and Inequality (OPED) and the Observatory on Trends in the Functioning of the Autonomous State (OTEA). Both observatories will be formed by multidisciplinary experts of recognized prestige in their areas of knowledge.
The objective of these two observatories is to analyze the existing trends in public opinion on certain aspects of the Spanish sociological reality, such as social exclusion and inequality, as well as the functioning and evolution of the Autonomous State.
Based on the work and proposals of these Observatories, the CIS will carry out periodic monographic surveys to gather data that can be analyzed, resulting in possible publications and reports based on historical data series.
The start has been made Twitter of the CIS with the aim of bringing the activity of the CIS closer to society while establishing a new way of participation with the CIS.
