State of implementation

The Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies (CEPC) commissioned Professor I.M.D. to coordinate the preparation of the Guide. Full Professor of Administrative Law. Director of the Centre for European Studies at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. After forming the working team for the elaboration of the Guide, it was determined that it would have two versions:

• one specially designed for professionalthey may be from both the public and private sectors, therefore public officials and employees could also be understood.
• and another, destined for citizenship.

Actualmente, el diseño de la Guía está finalizado, en su elaboración han participado I.M.D (coordinador de la misma), M-V., C. C. A.And C. G, all of them experts in the field.
