State of implementation
The Integrity System of the General State Administration (SIAGE), includes a specific chapter dedicated to the mechanisms of planning, monitoring, evaluation and review of the entire integrity system. Its Annex includes a proposal of categorized questions to prepare the diagnosis and the approach to the evaluation procedure.
In relation to the part of this activity on the design of ethical climate surveys and within the self-assessment guide there are already questions related to the evaluation of the ethical climate. These questions are incorporated into the SIAGE to fulfill this commitment and the IV Plan calendar.
Furthermore, within the framework document of Consensus for an Open Administration, project 17 on “Culture of Integrity” plans to address the ideation of models of ethical climate surveys for dissemination in the field of AGE.
For these reasons this activity is terminated.
