5.1. Diagnosis and improvement of public integrity systems. Development of risk maps, codes of conduct

5.1.1. Diagnosis of the public integrity systems existing in the AGE.

5.1.2. Adaptation of the quality management models of the organizations (EVAM and EFQM) to enhance the values of public integrity as a transversal axis. Development of pilot experiences in ministries and public agencies.

5.1.3. Elaboration of codes of conduct for AGE, adapted to the characteristics, risks and specificities of each organization. Development of pilot experiences in ministries and public agencies.

5.1.4. Training of public sector personnel in ethics and integrity.

5.1.5. Elaboration of guides and recommendations for AGE organizations to prepare their risk maps, in order to develop their strategy. Development of pilot experiences in ministries and public agencies.

5.1.6. Design of ethical climate surveys and self-assessment guides in each department. Development of pilot experiences in ministries and public agencies

5.1.7. Elaboration of a letter of commitments of integrity to which the different Public Administrations may adhere.

5.2. Regulation of a mandatory register of interest groups (lobbies register). Elaboration and approval of the law.
