Objective: Have a letter of services from the Transparency Portal.

Current status:

  • The Letter of Services of the Transparency Portal of the General State Administration by Resolution of October 21, 2021, of the Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Finance and Public Function. Published in the Official State Gazette (BOE of October 28, 2021). In it, the quality indicators of the Portal are included. The Charter is also published on the Transparency Portal and on the Portal of the Ministry of Finance and Public Service. In addition, the Charter has been advertised on social networks.
  • A specific page has been created with the information of the letter in the Transparency Portal: https://transparencia.gob.es/transparencia/transparencia_Home/index/MasInformacion/CartadeServicios.html
