The Prior Public Consultation on Regulatory Development.

Work is being done on the design of a participatory process with the participation of children in order to constitute the Navarre council of citizen participation. We want to consult with children as we want the future body to be in terms of its structure, composition, functioning and organization.

In the II meeting of child and adolescent participation bodies that took place in Viana on November 18, 2023 at the Municipal House of Culture, the constitution of the future Navarre Council of Participation of Children and Adolescents that will encompass the entire Foral Community was discussed.

A draft Provincial Decree regulating the creation of the Navarre Council for Children and Adolescents has been drafted and a participatory process has been initiated to improve the proposal. In the previous public consultation phase, two proposals were received and a dynamic was made with 67 boys and girls to consult them and work in a dynamic as they believe that this future stable council should be.

Two workshops with adults and 5 with boys and girls and 2 with adolescents are planned to take place in November. It is expected to start the year 2025 with the approved Foral Decree
