10.31. C.F. Navarre: Participation of girls, boys and adolescents

10.31.1. Organization and celebration of a Presentation and Distribution Day of the Guide for the Design of Child and Adolescent Participation Bodies. Local entities of Navarre will be invited in order to continue with the promotion of participation for the creation of child and adolescent participation bodies

10.31.2. Diagnostic study of child and adolescent participation (PIA) in Navarre. The diagnosis includes the detection and mapping of experiences and good practices in the municipalities of Navarra and outside of Navarra.

10.31.3. Creation of a Motor Group with members of the Navarre administration, local entities, FNMyC and with the collaboration of UNICEF to promote the PIA.

10.31.4. Promote and organize training actions in the field of child and adolescent participation aimed at local entities and the staff of the Government of Navarre regarding both the knowledge of the participatory rights of children and adolescents and the awareness of the obligations that the public authorities have acquired in this regard

10.31.5. Support and support for the municipalities of Navarre that promote child and adolescent participation (PIA) through the creation of local councils or stable participation structures composed of children and adolescents with consultative functions and participation in all matters that affect them, directly or indirectly, at the municipal level

10.31.6. Elaboration of materials, resources and guides and adaptation of information and proposals to the circumstances of girls, boys and adolescents, according to their evolutionary development and maturity.

10.31.7. Creation and development of accessible virtual participation spaces for children and adolescents where in addition to expressing their opinions they can make proposals for improvement and suggestions on the action of different Public Administrations

10.31.8. Development of pilot experiences in educational centers that promote participatory processes, promoting the assumption of proposals that improve both the educational, municipal and regional environment and the development of attitudes and values that build democratic and citizen competence for child and adolescent participation by the educational community. To this end, it will work closely with local authorities

10.31.9. Regulatory development of the law of democratic participation in Navarre that includes the PIA -Prior public consultation, drafting of a foral decree, report, participation process, public exhibition, etc. - The composition and functions of the Navarre Council for Children and Adolescents shall be determined through regulations, taking into account the contributions to its formation of children and adolescents themselves.
