A driving group was formed with the municipalities that have child participation bodies, the Navarre Federation of Municipalities and Councils (FNMyC) and the incorporation of UNICEF. It met for the first time on 22/12/2020 in online format. The municipalities that made up the driving group are: Zizur Mayor, Cintruénigo, Castejón and Medavia.

A new meeting was scheduled for November 22, 2021 in order to share the experiences of child and adolescent participation bodies of the municipalities that make up the driving group and gather training needs for the year 2022. The City Council of Pamplona is incorporated, which has created its own body for the participation of children and adolescents.
