State of implementation
- Signed on September 14, the Convention for the transfer of technology and knowledge for the benefit of public transparency and accountability, with the County Council of Castellón.
- INNOVGLOC Awards 2022.
- Award to the Corporation, relating to the whole of the local government: Island Council of La Palma
- Award to the Public Sector Entity in relation to its companies, foundations and other bodies: INPRO Provincial Society of Informatics of the Provincial Council of Seville
- Award to a General Directorate or General Sectoral Coordination: County Council of Tarragona
Likewise, and based on what is established by Clause 8 of the Bases of the InnovaGLoc Prize, it proposes a Special Mention for the City of San Sebastián de los Reyes.

RESOLUTION JURY INNOVGLOC AWARDS 2022
Meeting of the Jury of the III Edition of the InnovaGLoc 2023 Prize on December 18, 2023 at the FEMP Headquarters, Calle Nuncio 8 in Madrid, at 12:00 hours, adopts the following agreements:
To propose as winners of the Award in the category of Corporate Award the following candidacy:
- Award to the Corporation, relating to the whole of the local government for the City Council of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, by “Municipal Digital Agenda 2021-2025”
Likewise, and based on the provisions of Clause 8 of the Bases of the InnovaGLoc Prize, it proposes the granting of two special mentions:
- Special Mention for the Deputation of Pontevedra by “DEPOINNOVA Program”, for its impact on the municipalities of the province as well as on the provincial organization itself
- Special mention to Town Hall of Villanueva de Viver (Castellón) by “Project #Mas Villanueva, Technological and Participatory Governance in Spain unfolded”, for the quality of the project of a small municipality of rural Spain.
The Jury highlights the initiative proposed by the Network of Local Entities for Transparency and Citizen Participation of the FEMP and congratulates all the candidacies that have been presented and the high level of the projects presented.
It also wants to highlight the work of the people who have acted as evaluators for the interest and time spent during this process.
