State of implementation

Since 2019, all the agendas have been reviewed in order to include the issue of open government and its related subjects (transparency, participation, good governance...) at all levels of government and scales.

Superior Technical Body: Four topics have been included (36, 37, 38 and 39, on good governance, open government and transparency, active advertising and right of access).

Logically, at the A2, C1 and C2 levels, as well as in the optional scales, fewer topics are included, focusing more on the obligations of transparency and right of access that they must know in the performance of their work.

They are all published lResolutions approving the Call, the Bases, the Exercises and the Agenda

Likewise, during 2019 and 2020 the database of questions for the test-type exams related to these subjects was carried out. The selective processes have been carried out since then, although the tests have not yet been completed because many of the calls were suspended due to the pandemic.

It is already introduced in all the agendas, both general and optional bodies and both with regard to the selective processes convened or those pending. In the administrative or auxiliary bodies, or in the facultative bodies, it focuses more on the transparency portal and on the right of access. In addition, the general management and superior bodies specifically include topics or epigraphs on open government.
