This action is a continuous action throughout the plan.

The main advantages obtained by the Xunta de Galicia focus on two fundamental aspects:

Firstly, the reorganization of the different channels of citizen participation results in greater security and ease of management on the part of the different departments, since specific spaces for citizen participation have been enabled in the different types of processes: regulations, plans and programs, information procedures, etc., and guides have been provided to all managing bodies that facilitate the publication of content. It is also particularly important that the publication on the Transparency and Open Government Portal instead of on its own websites allows the different departments to obtain technological certainties of the publication times of each project and the number of suggestions presented by the citizens.

Secondly, the implementation of improvement plans results in greater administrative agility that cannot be conceptualized as a benefit that affects only citizens, but also generates greater efficiency in the activity of administrative units.
