In order to monitor the benefits obtained by the citizens, several instruments are available on the Transparency and Open Government Portal.

Firstly, the increase in content and documents published on the Portal and above all the increase in the number of visits is an indication that the Portal is operational and useful for citizens. The analysis of the increases in visits and publications is made in the annual report on transparency that is published in the Portal itself: https://transparencia.xunta.gal/transparencia-neste-portal

But, in addition, in order to give greater visibility to the suggestions channel of the Transparency and Open Government Portal and encourage its use by citizens, a link was provided to the suggestions channel for improvements of the Portal in the first level of navigation, so that citizens find it easier and more accessible to make proposals for improvements in the Portal.

Finally, it should be taken into account that the different sections of the Portal have a specific control structured as an anonymous satisfaction survey, in which citizens can not only also provide suggestions for improvement.
