10.9.2. Implementing in the Transparency and Open Government Portal of the Xunta de Galicia new services that facilitate navigation in the Portal with the use of the keyboard, voice commands and sounds, will contribute to achieve non-discrimination in access to information
In this plan, a specific axis related to transparency is included.
On this basis, work is being done on the design and planning of improvements in the Transparency and Open Government Portal, both at the level of technological improvements, as well as of contents and formats in which information is made available, with a Special attention to services that facilitate navigation.

In order to facilitate navigation on the Portal and make access to information fully inclusive, we worked on two lines of action.
On the one hand, the preparation of an explanatory video of the means of citizen participation through the Transparency and Open Government Portal is at a very advanced stage.
On the other hand, we worked on the adaptation to easy reading of two documents, an explanation of the contents and possibilities existing in the Transparency and Open Government Portal and another one related to the channels of citizen participation in the said Portal.
