As a result of this work, proposals have been identified to improve these five specific procedures, but also general improvements in the provision of public services not linked to a single procedure, such as the implementation of Channel 65, a specific channel of direct and preferential care for people over 65 years of age.
In respect of the year 2023, three improvement plans were drawn up regarding key competency tests, certificate of professionalism, and bags and grants for unemployed workers participating in vocational training actions for employment.
