State of implementation
The development of “Guadiana” project It continues its course to transform the service of information, attention and citizen participation and enable the technological tools that will facilitate new ways of citizen participation in the evaluation and continuous improvement of public services.
We are working on the transformation of the Extremadura administration towards a collaborative government that allows greater internal cooperation of public employees and attention to the citizen that improves the relationship through different channels.
The Junta de Extremadura is already working on this digital transformation in two senses: towards the interior of the organization and towards a model of care through different channels
