State of implementation

The semi-automated tools designed for the monitoring and control of requests for access to public information have been improved, which, electronically via the portal of transparency and citizen participation, have access to the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Taking into account the volume of requests received, as well as the reduction of erroneously formulated requests as indicated in 10.32.1, it is estimated that the tools - of an office nature, such as monitoring and control spreadsheets - currently implemented allow the proper monitoring of the procedure for the control of responses and deadlines of the different Governing Bodies and Bodies of the Junta de Extremadura. These tools, together with the inclusion in the monitoring procedure of periodic reminders of the status of requests sent to the various bodies, are improving their response times.

This leads us to conclude that the implementation of additional tools is not foreseen today, waiting to check (in a longer space of time) the positive impact that the actions carried out can have.
