State of implementation
It was held on the agenda at the technical coordination committee on transparency held on January 14, 2021, under item “5. Protocol i interlocutors en dades obertes”. In this committee are all the councillors of the Generalitat. The transparency units will play a coordinating role in the opening of data sets of the corresponding ministry.
Technical Commission for Coordination on Transparency
In the Agreement of the Consell requesting accession to the International Charter of Open Data and it is agreed to promote the Valencian open data strategy also, it is also agreed that it will have the collaboration of the departments and entities of the Administration of the Generalitat and its public sector with the coordination mechanisms of Decree 105/2017, of July 28, of the Consell, of the development of Law 2/2015, of April 2, of the Generalitat, on transparency and regulation of the Council of Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Government.
