State of implementation

The plenary meeting was held on 9/2/2021 and the first annual report is subsequently published: “Valoració per part de l’Espai de participació i seguiment ciutadà (EPSC) de l’Informe anual corresponent a gener 2021 de seguiment i sobre l’avaluació de l’impacte de l’Estratègia de lluita contra la corrupció i d’enfortiment de la integritat pública”

El Espacio makes a very positive general assessment of the exhaustive and transversal work that has been done with the preparation of the report, highlighting aspects such as the efforts to gather the demands formulated in the previous evaluation that they issued, and the incorporation of the theory of change that will allow to evaluate, identify deviations and establish the impact of the Strategy when it ends.

On the other hand, it also highlights different points of improvement that they consider necessary. In this regard, they stress the advisability of specifying more clearly how the degree of implementation is determined and assessed in the reports made so far, by incorporating elements such as the method used or the specification of the reason why certain actions or sub-actions have not yet been initiated.

They also raise the Need to set a calendar forecast for the start-up and execution of all actions and sub-actions in order to provide proper follow-up and ensure compliance with deadlines.
