State of implementation

The operational plans in the field of public transparency 2023-2024 approved by the Councils contain specific measures for the opening of data. In particular, measures number 7 and 8 are included, aimed at the development of a data opening plan and its publication in the open data portal.

For this, by Agreement of 29 August 2023the Governing Council takes note of the implementation of actions for the opening of High Value data in the scope of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía. Subsequently, the Agreement of September 21, 2023, of the General Commission of Viceconsejeros and Viceconsejeras, approving the strategic framework for the preparation of the data openness plans set out in the operational plans for public transparency 2023-2024.

This strategic framework defines the organization for the opening of high-value data and the other data of the Departments and their scope of action, as well as agreeing a working methodology to prioritize the opening of data categorized as of high reuse value.

The implementation of the operational plans of Transparency in its measure 8, develop the Annual opening plan of the 13 Departments, prioritizing the opening of High Value data. These plans are in progress and nearly 400 candidate data sets have been identified for the opening that must be scheduled in the opening plans to be approved.
